How do you explain to people what you do?
“We are the odd-job experts. Our multi-skilled handyman team is capable of dealing with all sorts of repair and maintenance tasks, at home or at work.”
How did you get started?
The founder of Bristol’s Handyman Team (BHT), Hosein Zomorodian, was inspired by his father, who worked as a handyman. “I was interested in doing the same sort of jobs ever since I was a child. To start my own business, I had to go through a lot of difficulties and work very hard at it, but it was all worth it. I’m delighted with what I’ve achieved.”
Starting a business from the ground up is never easy, but with dedication and perseverance, BHT has grown into a trusted and reliable maintenance contractor. Hosein’s passion for the trade, inspired by his father, has played a significant role in shaping the company’s values—hard work, quality service, and customer satisfaction.

From Strength to Strength
When BHT Team first started, they primarily worked with residential clients. Now, they’ve expanded to take on building maintenance for several large companies. “It’s been amazing to see the business grow and take on bigger projects.”
Large businesses and office spaces require regular maintenance, and the team has risen to the challenge, taking on diverse projects that range from general upkeep to more ambitious projects, including many for Spaceworks!
