The Old Library is a grade II listed Victorian public library built for the residents of St Philips in the 19th century. It has been sensitively refurbished to create a characterful and comfortable small business centre.

Where is it?

The Old Library is ideally placed for access to Cabot Circus and the city centre. Located close to the end of the lower Stapleton Road, you also have access to a range of great little independent stores and cafés.

What offices are available?

With its half-timbered ceiling, decorated leaded windows and classical arches, the Old Library is a building of high character and architectural importance. It houses 8 units varying in size from 100 sq ft to 1500 sq feet, ideal for the slightly larger or expanding business.

What services can you offer?

There is a communications room with photocopier, post trays and other facilities. Tenants also have access to individual kitchenettes/tea stations and internal shower facilities.

The building is supervised and inspected daily by our management team. Access can be arranged 24/7 and further facilities and support services are available through the Reception at Easton Business Centre.
