Resilience in a Challenging Economic Climate

Amid economic turbulence, Bristol’s small business sector is a beacon of resilience, demonstrating adaptability and tenacity. Despite the challenges posed by uncertain market conditions, several success stories emerge, showcasing the strength and determination of local entrepreneurs.

So far in 2024, we’ve done deals with several companies and organisations highlighting the diverse expertise and innovation thriving within Bristol’s business community, from sound engineers to SEO experts, specialist care providers to branding and web designers and an inventor to name a few.

We’ve also helped current customers to grow including the charity Brigstowe. Brigstowe helps people with long-term health conditions and after years of searching for suitable premises, they found a suitable space at our first business centre: the Old Co-op. This move not only accommodates their expanding team but also provides essential meeting and consultation rooms, empowering them to continue their vital work within the community.

As well as some of the smaller rooms we have across 7 locations in Bristol, we have 2 larger rooms to let. These are a 1,160 sq ft stand-along office with a meeting room in BS5 and a 1,460 sq ft open plan office available at our grade 2 star listed building in BS2 with great period features.

If you are looking for new premises for your business or organisation, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via https://spaceworks.org.uk/contact/ or call 0117 941 5800.
